First of all, we want everyone to know that Hanna is an outstanding Realtor!!!! I must confess, I have been lazy and it has been exactly one year since the closing sale of our former home in Poway. During this span of time, I've really been able to reflect and appreciate all that Hanna and her team did for me and my wife, Jeanie. Hanna was able to work through the challenging market conditions that began to arise at the beginning of 2025 and found us the right offer. Not only was she able to find the right offer, but was able to secure it at an opportune time for my wife and I to move out to our new home in North Carolina. Hanna was helpful with all details of the sale from preparing the house for showings, inspections, walkthroughs, and providing reliable connections to contractors. My wife and I never felt ignored or neglected, Hanna took care of the house as if it were her own. She also brought in the expertise and local Poway knowledge of Julianne Super, and between the two of them no detail was left uncovered. Not only were the familiar things of a home sale covered, but some other slightly unconventional items/issues were taken care of as well. When we were out of town and a prospective client wanted walkthrough, Hanna made arrangements to take care of our dog. A bigger unconventional item/issue that she assisted us with was helping Harper, a young lady who was renting a room from us, with her move out of our house! Hanna did other things behind the scenes that we never had to worry about and we only knew of them after they were resolved. During a house sale, there are things that can, and will, go sideways and we weren't immune from it. Hanna guided us through those issues and provided us calm reassurance that things would get worked out. And they did!!! We were able to sell our house at a great price and couldn't be happier with everything Hanna did for us! P.S - In 2022, we bought a home in Wilmington, North Carolina, and we asked for Hanna's help in finding us find a good real estate agent in the area. She put us in touch with Jennifer Bullock, a top ten agent in the southeastern area of North Carolina. Jennifer was, and continues to be OUTSTANDING! A year or so after buying the North Carolina house, Jennifer took my wife and I out to dinner to celebrate the one year anniversary of the home purchase. Jennifer told us about how she came into contact with Hanna and it was a very interesting story. She told us that she received a cold call from an real estate agent in California who proceeded to grill her about everything real estate, and mentioned several times that she only wanted the best for her good friends! My wife and I can attest that Hanna not only found one of the area's best agents in Jennifer Bullock, but Jennifer is also a wonderful person who we now consider a friend.

I needed a Realtor to sell my Condo and help me purchase a new home! Hannah accomplished that in less than two weeks! Hanna is amazing! I got screwed on a real estate deal in Florida. I shared my story to a group on Facebook where she got wind of what happened to me. Having never met me, she reached out, spent time helping connect me to some of her contacts out here to try to right the wrong. She is well connected, ethical, and has a place in her heart for our military. It’s rare to find good people who are willing to do the right thing, for no other reason than just to do the right thing.
